Monae has been actively involved with the Turks and Caicos Islands Football Association for an extensive period, both as a dedicated player and volunteer. Having progressed from a participant in the youth football program to earning a scholarship to compete in the United States, Monae has consistently demonstrated a deep-seated passion for the sport and a commitment to continuous learning.

Having completed a Business degree at ASA College, Florida, Monae is currently pursuing further studies in Management and Economics at the University of The West Indies. With over five years of customer service expertise, managerial acumen, and a decade of football experience, Monae aspires to contribute significantly to the Football Administrative and Technical team.
