Director Of Women’s Football

Baez has sixteen years of coaching experience in her native country of Cuba. She’s represented Cuba in several international tournaments as a player and has coached both men’s and women’s football and futsal in her home province of Havana. Ms. Baez holds a Doctor of Science degree in Physical Culture, was a former Professor of Sports at the University of Computer Sciences in Havana, Cuba.
As the Director of Women’s Football, Ms. Baez is responsible for the entire female program from Grassroots to the Youth and Senior National Teams.
